Stop Notifications Popping Up On Windows 10 PC Or Laptop

In this Windows 10 post, we will be showing you how you can turn off notifications on your PC or laptop.

When you are using Windows you might have noticed that in the bottom right-hand corner you might sometimes get a pop-up notification window. These could be letting you know about an app, program, or something Windows 10 related. Whatever the notification is for they can be a little annoying at times, so that’s why we have listed the steps below on how to disable Windows 10 Notifications.

How To Disable Windows 10 Notifications:

1. Right-click the start menu icon and select “Settings

2. Now click “System

3. In the left menu select “Notifications & actions

4. Under “Get notifications from apps and other senders” toggle it to Off

5. Now untick “Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in, to highlight what’s new and suggested“, “Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device to get the most out of Windows” and “Get tips, tricks and suggestions as you use Windows

There you have it that’s how you turn off all notifications in Windows 10 and you will no longer get the pop up window. If you do want to have notifications just from one program then you can always turn on “Get notifications from apps and other senders” then under “Get notifications from these apps” toggle on the programs or apps you would like to get notified from.
