Every system is set up and different and it could be just down to your system. Also, a Windows update could prevent a feature from working but we will try our best to fix it in a future patch/update.
9. PRO version
9.1. Liability: If you download and use the free version and then upgrade to the paid version, we accept no responsibility for any damages, loss, or malfunctions on your device, and everything within the program that you use is done so at your own risk. ComputerSluggish does not accept any responsibility for any adverse effects or consequences that may result from using the features.
9.2. Support: We do offer support for the Pro version of the software. This is only support for the program and as in 1.1 and 6.1, we do not accept any responsibility for any advice given.
9.3. Features: We cannot guarantee that any of the game buttons, fix buttons, or any of the Easy Gamer Utility features will fix your issues on your PC or laptop. Every system is set up and different and it could be just down to your system. Also, a Windows update could prevent a feature from working but we will try our best to fix it in a future patch/update. So by paying for the PRO version, you are accepting that the program may not resolve your issue.
10. License Keys/ Product Keys and Plans
10.1. All license keys are randomly generated by us and stored securely. We only keep a record of the keys for billing purposes and for the running of the program and activation of your PRO features.
10.2. Lifetime Plan
10.2.1. Lifetime Access: The Lifetime plan offers users the option of a one-time payment, providing them with lifetime access to the “Easy Gamer Utility PRO” program.
10.2.2 Updates and Support: With the Lifetime plan, you will receive lifetime access to all updates and software support for the Software. There is no need to renew your license key annually.
10.3. 12-Month Plan / 1-Month Plan
10.3.1. Yearly Access: The 1-year plan provides access to the Software, updates, and software support for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
10.3.1.1 Monthly Access: The 1 Month plan provides access to the Software, updates, and software support for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase.
10.3.2. Renewal Requirement: After the initial period, you will need to renew your license key to continue receiving updates and software support.
10.3.3. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription to our services is set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. This means that unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for another term of the same duration.
10.3.4. Consent to Auto-Renewal: By purchasing a subscription, you provide your explicit consent for the automatic renewal of your subscription. This ensures uninterrupted access to our services.
10.3.5. Renewal Notification: We will send you a renewal notification before the end of your current subscription period, providing details about the upcoming renewal, including the renewal date, subscription price, and any changes to the subscription terms, if applicable.
10.3.6. Cancellation Option: You have the option to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time before the renewal date. You can typically do this by accessing your account settings through your chosen payment method, or by contacting our customer support.
10.3.7. Auto-Renewal and Access Upon Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of that billing period. 10.3.8. Notice of Price Changes: Computersluggish will let you know in advance about any price changes in the next billing period, giving you time to cancel your Subscription before you’re billed at the new price.
10.4. Impact of Non-Renewal: If you choose not to renew your license key after it expires, you will still be able to use the “Easy Gamer Utility” program. However, your access to the PRO features will be revoked, and the program will revert back to the free version.
10.5. Accessing Updates: If you wish to receive updates after your plan expires and you choose not to renew, you will need to purchase the PRO plan again and you will receive a new key. Or continue using the free version of the Software.
10.6. Delivery of Product Keys
10.6.1. Delivery Time: When you purchase either a 1, month, 12-month, or Lifetime product key, you will receive it via email that you provided us or used for your payment method using Stripe or PayPal.
10.6.2. Delivery Timeframe: Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive your license key via email. However, it is expected that you will receive it well before the 24-hour mark.
10.6.3. Check Junk Mail: If you cannot find your product key within the specified timeframe, please check your email’s junk or spam folder.
11. High Priority Operation
11.1. The Pro version of the Software allows users to run games in High Priority mode. This feature is provided for user convenience and performance enhancement.
11.2. Use at Your Own Risk: You understand and accept that using the High Priority feature and all other features is entirely at your own risk. ComputerSluggish does not accept any responsibility for any adverse effects or consequences that may result from using this feature and other features.
11.3. Game Account Risks: Forcing a game to run in High Priority may trigger anti-cheat software mechanisms, potentially leading to the banning of your game account by the game publisher. You acknowledge that this risk exists, and we are not responsible for any such actions taken by game publishers.
11.4. Acceptance of Responsibility: Before using the High Priority feature, you must actively acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any potential repercussions, including but not limited to game account bans. This acknowledgment is typically required through a checkbox or similar mechanism in the Software.
12. Cache and file Deletion
12.1. The Software offers the functionality to permanently delete cache files and files from your PC. This feature is designed to help optimize your system’s performance.
12.2. Use at Your Own Risk: You understand and accept that using the cache deletion feature is entirely at your own risk. The Company does not accept any responsibility for any data loss or adverse effects that may result from using this feature.
12.3. Agreement and Acknowledgment You further acknowledge that you have been provided with the opportunity to review and accept responsibility for the potential consequences of using the High Priority feature through the provided checkbox or similar mechanism within the Software.

Payment Terms
These Payment Terms (the “Payment Terms”) govern the purchase and payment of the “Easy Gamer Utility Pro” software (the “Software”) and any associated services offered by computersluggish.com through the website https://computersluggish.com/downloads/easy-gamer-utility-pro/ (the “Website”). By purchasing the Software or related services, you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms.
1. Pricing and Payment
1.1. Pricing: The pricing for the Software and any related services will be as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. The Company reserves the right to change prices at its discretion and without prior notice. Product prices are subject to modification. The prices you are required to pay are those in effect at the time we accept your order. All prices listed on the site are denominated in the currency specified on the Site.
1.2. Payment Methods: The Company accepts payment through the payment methods specified on the Website (Stripe/PayPal). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when making a purchase. You are also entering into a contract and terms of service with the payment provider that you have selected.
2. License Grant
2.1. License: Upon successful payment for the Software, the Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license key so you can download, install, and use the Software, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Software License Agreement.
3. Refunds
3.1. No refunds
Refunds not allowed for:
- If you make a one-time purchase of Easy Gamer Utility PRO Lifetime then there will be no refunds.
- If you have changed your mind or if one of the features is not resolving your issues then there will be no refunds, as we sell the program for all the features not just one specific feature.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product’s function and/or results.
3.2. Acceptable Refunds:
Refunds may be allowed at our discretion but will incur a fee:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally buy the same product twice or get two products that do the same thing, we’ll refund one of them.
- Auto-Renew Refunds: If you didn’t realize your order was set to auto-renew, and you don’t want the product anymore, we’ll refund it for you on a pro-rata basis. We’ll also deactivate the corresponding license once the refund is processed so you will lose access to PRO features immediately.
3.3 Refund Admin Fees
3.3.1. If you would like to request a refund it will incur an admin fee which will be deducted from your refund amount, to cover our costs and refund fees that we have to pay to issue you a refund:
1 Month plan refund fee = £0.50
12 Month plan refund fee = £1.00
4. Taxes
4.1. Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales, use, or value-added taxes, associated with your purchase of the Software or related services. ComputerSluggish will charge and collect taxes as required by law on our end.
5. Payment Security
5.1. Security: The Company uses reasonable measures to secure payment transactions; however, the security of online transactions cannot be guaranteed. 6. Payment Timing
Payment for the purchase price is required immediately and must be completed before the delivery of a product key. In cases where a Customer has procured a Subscription, the Customer is obligated to pay the Subscription price or make the corresponding purchase amount available at each Subscription Payment Interval, utilizing the payment method agreed upon between the Customer and ComputerSluggish.
