Easy Gamer Utility is a Windows program that brings together a collection of useful gaming and PC tools in one place.
It is designed to make common gaming tasks easier, especially for people who do not want to search through complicated Windows settings, folders or commands.
You can use Easy Gamer Utility to clean temporary gaming files, find game folders, back up supported game saves, check your internet connection, look for possible performance problems and try fixes for common game issues.

Easy Gamer Utility includes tools for cleaning, game launching, troubleshooting, performance checking, networking and game file management.
You can choose which tools you want to use. You do not need to use every feature in the program.
Clean temporary gaming files
Games, launchers and graphics drivers create temporary files called cache files.
These files can sometimes become old, damaged or unnecessarily large. Easy Gamer Utility can help you analyse and remove cache files created by supported programs, including:
- Steam
- Epic Games Launcher
- Ubisoft Connect
- EA App
- Battle.net
- Riot Client
- Microsoft Store
- NVIDIA
- AMD
- Intel
- DirectX
Removing cache files may help when a launcher is not working correctly or when old temporary files are using storage space.
Cache files are normally created again automatically when they are needed.
Find large game folders

Easy Gamer Utility can scan supported game library locations and show which folders are using the most storage space.
This can be helpful when your drive is becoming full and you are not sure which games or folders are taking up the space.
The scan displays information such as the game name, folder, type and size.
It does not automatically delete the games it finds.
Find game save and configuration folders
Game files are not always stored in an obvious place.
Easy Gamer Utility can help you quickly open supported locations for:
- Saved game data
- Configuration files
- Mod files
- Game folders
This can save you from searching through folders such as Documents, AppData or a Steam installation directory.
Some games may require extra information, such as your Steam ID, before the correct folder can be opened.
Back up supported game saves

Easy Gamer Utility includes tools for backing up save data from supported games.
A save backup gives you a separate copy of your progress. This may be useful before reinstalling Windows, changing computers, modifying a game or troubleshooting a problem.
Not every game stores its saves in the same place, so only games supported by Easy Gamer Utility will appear in the backup list.
Launch and organise games
You can add games to Easy Gamer Utility and launch them from inside the program.
The launch tools can also help you:
- Choose the priority used when a game starts
- Launch a selected game when Windows starts
- Create desktop game launcher widgets
- Open supported launchers
- Start Game Boost Mode when launching a game
Some advanced launching options are available only in Easy Gamer Utility Pro.
Check your PC for gaming problems

The Performance Advisor scans your computer for settings and programs that could affect gaming.
It may find things such as:
- High memory usage
- An old graphics driver
- A Bluetooth controller
- Background recording
- A low monitor refresh rate
- Running overlays
- A power-saving plan
- High ping
- Heavy CPU or drive usage
- Programs running in the background
After the scan, Easy Gamer Utility shows a Gaming Health Score and lists the problems it found.
Each result includes a simple explanation, a recommended action and an impact level.
The Performance Advisor does not automatically change every setting. It gives you information so you can decide what you want to change.
Reduce background activity while gaming
Game Boost Mode can temporarily change selected Windows settings and reduce unnecessary background activity while you play.
Depending on the options you select, it can help by:
- Freeing unused memory
- Closing selected programs
- Pausing selected Windows services
- Using a higher-performance power plan
- Enabling Windows Game Mode
- Lowering the priority of background programs
- Closing overlays and recording programs
- Pausing Windows updates
- Disabling secondary monitors
When Game Boost Mode is turned off, Easy Gamer Utility attempts to restore the settings that it changed.
Game Boost Mode cannot guarantee more frames per second. Its results will depend on your computer, the game and what was running in the background.
Test and repair network problems
Easy Gamer Utility includes several network tools that may help when you are experiencing connection problems.
These tools include:
- Clear the DNS cache
- Change your local IP address
- Reset a network adapter
- Remove old network adapters
- Check a game server connection
- Run a ping and latency test
The Ping Tool can display information such as latency and jitter.
Lower latency normally means data is travelling between your PC and the server more quickly. Jitter shows how much the connection speed changes during the test.
View Windows errors
The Diagnose section can check Windows for recent errors and warnings.
This may help you find information connected to:
- Game crashes
- Driver problems
- Windows service errors
- Hardware problems
- Failed updates
- Unexpected system behaviour
Windows records many harmless errors during normal use, so finding an error does not always mean something is seriously wrong.
Try fixes for game problems
Easy Gamer Utility includes fixes for selected games, emulators and launchers.
There is also a custom game fixing tool that lets you select a game file and the launcher it uses.
The available fixes may reset or repair files and settings that commonly cause problems. Results will vary depending on what is causing the issue.
You should close the game and its launcher before using a game fixing tool.
Test for dead or stuck pixels
The Dead Pixel tool displays full-screen colours to help you spot pixels that are not displaying correctly.
A stuck pixel may remain on one colour. A dead pixel may remain black and may be caused by a physical screen fault.
Easy Gamer Utility also includes a rapidly changing colour tool that may help with some stuck pixels. It cannot guarantee that a damaged or completely dead pixel will be repaired.
Monitor Steam game prices
The Monitor tab lets you add Steam games and set a price you would like to watch for.
You will need the game’s Steam AppID, which can normally be found in the game’s Steam Store address.
Easy Gamer Utility can then display the game’s current price alongside your chosen target price.
Who is Easy Gamer Utility for?
Easy Gamer Utility is made for Windows PC gamers of all experience levels.
It may be useful if you:
- Want several gaming tools in one program
- Are having problems with a game or launcher
- Need to find a game’s save folder
- Want to clear old temporary gaming files
- Are running out of storage space
- Want to check your PC for possible gaming problems
- Experience lag, stuttering or connection problems
- Prefer simple buttons instead of Windows commands
You can use only the tools you need and ignore the rest.
Will Easy Gamer Utility improve gaming performance?
Easy Gamer Utility may help you find settings, files or background programs that could be affecting your gaming experience.
However, it cannot guarantee:
- Higher FPS
- Lower ping
- Faster loading in every game
- A fix for every crash
- Better performance on unsupported hardware
Gaming performance depends on many things, including your processor, graphics card, memory, storage drive, internet connection and the game itself.
Easy Gamer Utility should be treated as a collection of helpful tools rather than a guaranteed performance upgrade.
Is Easy Gamer Utility safe to use?
Easy Gamer Utility asks for confirmation before permanently deleting supported cache files.
You should always read the message shown before continuing.
It is also recommended that you:
- Close games and launchers before cleaning their files
- Back up important game saves
- Create a restore point before applying Windows tweaks
- Avoid removing files you do not recognise
- Allow a scan or process to finish before closing the program
Some files may not be removed because they are currently being used by Windows, a game or a launcher. This is normal and does not mean the program has failed.
Why does Easy Gamer Utility sometimes require administrator permission?
Windows protects certain system settings, folders, services and network options.
Easy Gamer Utility may require administrator permission when using tools that need to change these protected parts of Windows.
Basic tools may work without administrator permission, while options such as network adapter changes, Windows tweaks and some Game Booster features may require it.
The program will display a message when administrator access is needed.
Is Easy Gamer Utility free?
Easy Gamer Utility is available in Free and Pro versions.
The free version includes a selection of tools and performance checks.
Easy Gamer Utility Pro unlocks additional tools, advanced Performance Advisor checks, more launch options, extra automation features and other Pro-only settings.
Features marked with Pro inside the program require an active Easy Gamer Utility Pro licence.
