Notifications Not Popping Up On PS5

If you are not receiving notifications from friends, games, trophies, and more, then there could be a really simple reason behind this, so let’s take a look at the simple reason first.
Below we have listed 2 ways you can fix notifications not working on the PlayStation 5.
Fix PS5 Notifications Not Showing:
Method One:
Ensure you have notifications enabled:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Where it says “Allow pop-up notifications” toggle to On
Method 2:
Make sure you have the Notification turned on for the specific notification that’s not displaying:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Scroll down to “Select which pop-ups you want to see and when you want to see them” > Go through and toggle the notifications you want to see to On
There you have it that is how you can get notifications to show and work on your PlayStation 5 again.
If for some reason you are still unable to see notifications then you might need to reset your PlayStation 5.
