Call Of Duty Warzone Season 4 Xbox Crashing Error

In this post, we will be taking a look at a few things you can do which will hopefully get you back in playing Call Of Duty Warzone if you have been getting the memory error 0-1766.

When trying to play Warzone on your Xbox One or S/X you may have encountered the game crashing with this error code. This can be very frustrating as Warzone will keep crashing and not let you play.

We have listed some methods below of things you can do which will hopefully fix it.

How To Fix Memory Error 0-1766:

1. Completely close Warzone then try opening it again

2. Restart your Xbox then try launching Warzone

3. Make sure your Xbox is up to date:

  • Go to Settings > System
  • Updates and downloads > Update console

4. Make sure you have updated the Warzone game on your Xbox

5. Do a hard reset on your Xbox and clear the Xbox System Cache – This will make your Xbox do a full shutdown and clearing the Xbox system cache can work wonders when it comes to resolving problems with games:

  • Hold down the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds to turn off
  • Once turned off unplug the power cable and leave for 1-2 mins
  • Plug back in and turn Xbox on (Should have the main green loading screen to know its been reset and cleared)

6. Ensure all the vents on your Xbox are clear and the Xbox has enough space around it to breathe – If the console is not getting enough air and overheating, then this can also cause Warzone to crash
