This is the fastest and easiest way to change a USB name.
1. Open File Explorer
2. Plug in your USB drive
3. Right-click your USB and click “Properties“
4. Now click the “General” tab > You will now see the name of your USB > Enter a new name within the textbox
5. Once you have put a new name in the textbox click the “OK” button
6. You will now notice in File Explorer that your USB has the new name you have given it
